Italians train in Ayurvedic treatment of ‘Panchakarma’ – Hindu Business Line

Thrissur, Nov 27:  A 32-member Italian delegation has come to India to learn ‘Panchakarma’, an ayurvedic technique of cleansing body and mind, at a private Ayurveda unit here. The training began on November 22 under the guidance of A N Narayanan, the successor of a great lineage of Ashtavaidyas (Ayurvedic families of Kerala), Chairman and Managing Director of the SNA Oushadhasala Private Limited, Dr P P N Vasudevan Mooss said. Ayurveda hospital at Haripad – Hindu Business Line

Kochi, Nov 16:  The Kottayam-based Rishi Ayurveda Hospital and Research Centre has announced the launch of its fourth centre at Haripad. Rishi Ayurveda currently has its presence in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi. The new fully fledged specialty hospital has an in-patient capacity of 70. The hospital offers treatment for diabetes and ailments associated with the kidney.
