    must watch for everyone…very easy to do.. 3 minutes daily practice in
    early morning…feel the result?

    Yes, I found an English version :-). I’ve already practised this technique
    and enjoyed it very much, that’s why I was searching for it on YouTube, for
    any extra information. (I still think the language is beautiful!) Thanks
